Using the right tool can help you take better care of yourself. Most of the tools I list here are mobile apps because those are what work for me, but there so many different kinds of tools that can be helpful when you’re feeling down. Tools can mean a lot of things, it can be an app, a book, a physical activity, or even a place. Remember, the key is to find what makes you feel good, what makes you feel cared for, and what helps you cope with whatever life throws your way.
